I had always wondered to the unorthodox coding and so the rewrite to MVC style will be a VERY welcome thing. This is a huge step in the right direction for the project and I really hope to see it go well. I love really love for the templating system to be much more flexible. If we could make it anything like the Joomla template system I would be blissful! I'll be signing up to the developer community and I'll give a hand where I can. Thanks to the new Virtuemart team!
