VirtueMartDay 2009 in Germany

banner_jd2009_468x60.jpg We are happy to announce the second VirtueMartDay in Germany starting on the September 24th, 2009. Together with the german Joomla!Day, we are planning a 3-day conference about Joomla! and VirtueMart in Bad Nauheim (near Frankfurt/Main).

The first day of the conference will be 100% VirtueMart. The second day - called Businessday - will cover all business aspects of Joomla! and also VirtueMart. The third day will be the so called "CommunityDay" with a wide range of topics.

On the VirtueMartDay, we are planning different tracks and workshops:

  • Virtuemart Basics,
  • Setting up an online shop from A-Z,
  • Extending VirtueMart,
  • VirtueMart Themes,
  • Legal Questions,
  • FAQ,
  • Virtuemart Roadmap / Next versions.

The exact schedule will be posted here as soon as possible.

Some well known names in the Virtuemart-World will be at the conference for your questions and workshops:
  • Sören Eberhard-Biermann
  • Tom Bohacek
  • Thomas Kahl
  • Martin Blascyk (Author of the German VirtueMart Book)

and more...

Tickets for the Virtuemartday and the other conference-days are available online at www.joomladay.de. The conference language is German, but most of the speakers are able to answer your questions in English.

This is such a great resource that you are providing and you give it away for free. I love seeing websites that understand the value of providing a quality resource for free. It is the old what goes around comes around routine. Did you acquired lots of links and I see lots of trackbacks??
