1. Describe your business in no more than five sentences.
We are a family company based in Cyprus focusing on car exhaust systems and performance improvement. Apart from our local business and works, we import and manufacture parts which we then export to Europe and Worldwide.
2. How did you come up with this business idea? Which market research did you do in the beginning?
With all our big warehouses it was a matter of time to expand our market even further abroad, so the need for a reliable online shop to serve our customers worldwide was obvious. As we had some experience with Joomla, we decided to go for it and VirtueMart was one of the top options at the time (2009), so we gave it a shot which proved to be a good decision, as we never had a second thought of changing it.
3. Why is your online shop a VirtueMart? What are your most essential VM-extensions?
Having been a part of the Virtuemart community since the 1.x versions, we have seen the transformation of VM over the years to a very stable and fast shop management solution. The support in the last years is great by the team and the available extensions cover any need. We definitely cannot live without Roland's CSVI component for our thousands of products imports.
