I' m back from my vacation, which was really relaxing. After browsing to some Mambo Project Homepages I had to read that the Mambo project has been split up into Miro's Mambo Foundation part and the old Core Team - newly formed as OSM (OpenSourceMatters). There you can read that this doesn't mean that Mambo (or mambo-phpShop) are discontinued!
I'm not a friend of official statements, but if you want to read that our project will go with the OSM team, you can do that here.
You may know that I planned to rename the project to "MamboMart", but that's not the best choice nowadays. I'm currently in the process of thinking about cool names for the project (as the old core team has done). If you know a really good name for our cart please let us know! It should be something with *cart*, *mart*, *commerce* or whatever is related to an online-business.
