There's a good message to everyone searching for a documentation about how to install mambo-phpShop, about how it works, how it can be configured and how it's internal structure is build: The mambo-phpShop Documentation Project has been started!
One weak part of mambo-phpShop is the missing documentation. What we have is a small Help Tutorial (built-in since 1.2 beta). That's not much, but it's a start. I have begun to write a tutorial about how to install mambo-phpShop, both - automatic and manual.
The existing tutorials will be converted to a User Manual. For Developers there will be a Developer's Manual. If you have ideas for more Manuals/Books, please post this at the forum or write an email to me.
I invite everyone to take part of the documentation of mambo-phpShop!
Most of you are using mambo-phpShop to create sites for clients (I don't believe you didn't include some small documentation ;-))...so you have something to report and your experience is the wealth of this component's documentation.
If you want to help me with the documentation and have the time and patience to write a Manual, please write an email to me and apply for authoring rights.
P.S.: My Notebook has been repaired. The mainboard was broken and had to be renewed. This caused costs of more than 450 Ђ. You can use the Donate Button on the left to help me keep up the good work on this Component / Software. Thanks.
