Today I set up a poll about your feature wishes for mambo-phpShop's future. I've browsed through the forum and fetched some feature requests that can be put in without much effort and are useful for EVERYONE. mambo-phpShop should be feature-rich, but not as overloaded as osCommerce or ZenCart (please: No discussions about that and comparing...!). One can find such fine ideas as "pdf-Output", "Multiple Images per product" and "Coupons" (there's a working hack??!). If you find that an idea you have is good and useful for others as well, please use the text field at the bottom of the vote form and submit it to me.
I should mention, what features have been put in from the wish and to-do list lately..
- Price/Currency Display Formatting
- Flypage Templates
- Intershipper & modularized Shipping API
- Product Discounts
- Showing Item Details & images
- NoChex Payment, WorldPay "IPN"
- "Easy Category Sorting" using Mambo Sort icons
- global Shopper Group Discounts
just to list some. These features will be contained in the next release (mambo-phpShop 1.2 RC1).
