I would have to say the multivendor feature explanation at this link http://forum.virtuemart.net/in...#msg359634 is a bit confusing.
you mentioned it's like ebay or amazon, but in ebay and amazon every vendor has their own store front to create and edit their goods.

"Administrated means that the vendors must be activated by the administrator and that vendors can only edit already existing products." --does this mean admin has to upload all the products first, and assign individual vendors to each specific product so they can edit it?

"single cart for single cash flow (and/or flow of goods)" --so all the payment will go to the main store first, then according to each system generated payment report for different vendors, we pay them one by one manually?

Please clarify if i misunderstood any above statement. Thanks.

Do not know why, but every time you restart the server, which is my store, Virtuemart 2 settings are reset to default! Why is this happening and how to fix it?

in the virtuemart 2.0.10 i don't have the possibility in backend to change or add a product in a order.
can you develop this features? in what version of future virtuemart ?
