Mambo 4.5.1 is moving towards stable status very fast. Nearly every beta version came with a new class integration: DOMIT!, CacheLite, phpmailer....this makes Mambo 4.5.1 being more 4.6 than 4.5. But nonetheless mambo-phpShop can now take advantage of those improvements. It doesn't need to ship phpmailer and a tar-file. This also motivated me to concentrate on 4.5.1 development, since 4.6 development has been delayed...old story, but still recent ;-)
To present you the actual state of progress of mambo-phpShop version 1.2 I've updated the demo site and downgraded it from Mambo 4.6 to 4.5.1 b3.
Most recent (and really great) features are:
- Product review / rating system, including review administration
- Products can be ordered by name or price on browse page
- You can show more than one product per row on the browse page
- You can change the look of the product presentation on browse page trough templates
- Let customers see a list of all products in your store
