Flyspray is a PHP-based bugtracking system and also used as a project management tool on virtuemart.net. It is very powerful, but still easy to use - I just like it more than Mantis or the Sourceforge / forge.joomla.org trackers.
Yesterday I have merged the latest changes from the SVN repository into the component which is installed on this site. The funny thing about Flyspray 0.99-dev is that it is in development since more than 10 months. The small development team has integrated a lot of interesting features, so running a 0.98 version is not a choice. I will publish the component when Flyspray has been release in a stable version.
