In the last days I have finished a plugin for the well-known WYSIWYG Editor JCE.
The plugin allows to add tags for the mosproductsnap mambot into Joomla! content items. If the content is displayed in the frontend, the tags are replaced by "Snapshot Views" of products that can have the product description, an "Add to Cart" link and the price in them.
The mosproductsnapshot mambot comes with the standard distribution of VirtueMart and needs to be installed and published to be able to see rendered product snapshots. The plugin itself requires VirtueMart and at least JCE 1.1.0 beta2 installed on your Joomla! CMS.
Update: Please note that you need the latest version of the mosproductsnap Mambot to use all of the features (border styles and text align). It can be downloaded from here:

It was relatively easy to create the plugin, because the image manager is a good example to put your own plugin for JCE together.
This plugin is tested on Firefox only, so it's possible that it does NOT work on IE6, IE7, Safari, Konqueror or Opera.
